"First time to Sanibel and what a wonderful time it was!!  Your condo is very nice and the views are fantastic.   Location is perfect - close to everything.  We rode bikes, swam in the Gulf, found some nice shells, and enjoyed the beautiful pool.  Took the Ding Darling tram tour - saw many birds and Mangroves.  It was worth the visit, and very informative.  Sorry to see the week come to an end.  But, we are returning next year.  What a relaxing vacation."

"Just a wonderful place to spend our spring break vacation.  IBC, P3E is one of the best places we have stayed while here in Sanibel.  Great views, great condo, and great weather all week.  The choices of beach toys was excellent in the cubbie - especially, the wagon to cart our towels, drinks, and assorted beach stuff."

"Back to your unit for our 3rd. year.  We love it here - very relaxing.  We cooked in unit because of wonderfully equipped kitchen.  Enjoyed eating on screened porch for almost all our meals.  Hope to return next year."

"Been enjoying cooking in your well equipped kitchen. Used the Crock Pot for beef stew. Nice to come off the beach or shopping and having supper ready. Like your new oven. Y'all are always doing things to up grade your condos for your guests. We really appreciate that. Can't believe we have been renting from you since 2002. We hope to continue coming."

"We had a GREAT time again!! The view was fantastic, and the shells were amazing. The unit is so relaxing. We loved having the games. We played Apples to Apples and Operation. On the beach, we saw dolphins, starfish, and fish. We loved the restaurants around Sanibel and Captiva. The weather was great, and the pool was awesome."

"Thank you for offering this beach home for us to share. So many things about P3E are fabulous - the view, the cleanliness, being well furnished and covered parking. There are more kitchen items than I would ever need, but nice to know they are available. The beach items in the storage room were so helpful."

"This place is awesome!! We were so surprised to have such a beautiful view. Nice waking up and taking a bike ride, and eating breakfast on the lanai. Beach is quite relaxing, nice soft sand. We ran into 2 turtles, a snake, and many dolphins on our stay. Thank you for the towels and many beach towels. We would love to come again. Also, thanks for the beach tubes. We used them every day."

"We went on a pontoon cruise through the nature center and I absolutely loved it. Took the Sanibel Thriller boat and it was amazing. The dolphins were out in full force. If you love fast rides and watching dolphins play, you should take this cruise."
